Ticketing System Process

■ Homeowner submits ticket.
■ Ticket goes into queue.
■ Tickets are reviewed by Board during monthly LFCA Board meetings. If this is an urgent Reseller package request, this get flagged for faster response time.
■ Questions and/or requests are addressed via ticket portal.
■ Homeowners can check the status of tickets at any time by logging into their account.
