Lake Forest thrives because of caring neighbors like you. The Lake Forest Community Association (LFCA) Board is made up of homeowner volunteers who help manage community events, maintain our common areas, ensure financial stability, and strengthen neighborhood connections.
Serving on the Board is a meaningful way to give back, meet your neighbors, and help keep our community vibrant and welcoming. Whether you have a few hours a month or a passion for community leadership, there’s a role for you. We invite you to consider volunteering your talents and time as we welcome fresh energy and new ideas!
Board Member Expectations
- Attend monthly virtual board meetings
- Volunteer at a minimum of one LFCA community event
- Complete your assigned tasks in accordance with agreed deadlines
- Terms are 3 years
Open Board Roles – We Need You!
- Vice President: Assist the President and manage special projects (like tree service coordination).
- Secretary: Record meeting minutes and manage important HOA documents and filings.
- Events Manager: Plan community events, coordinate with other board members to promote events and recruit event volunteers.
- ARC Chair: Review homeowner improvement requests and ensure projects meet community guidelines.

- Website Manager (Volunteer)
